AMC III
With the aim of continuing the successful strategy Accession Capital Partners commenced to provide its tailored investment advisory services to AMC III, which held a final close in June 2012. Since the start of its investment period in 2011, AMC III has already completed 16 investments and is equipped with capital commitments of EUR 200m. AMC III will focus on mezzanine and associated private equity investments in those countries which have acceded to the European Union since 2004 or are current or future EU accession candidates.
