AMC Capital IV SCSp, advised by Mezzanine Management, provided EUR 10.6 million funding to support the acquisition of the company. Alongside the Fund, Profi was acquired by a group of private investors, including the founders who had sold the business in 2017.

Founded in 1993, the firm specializes in traditional recipes free from preservatives, artificial flavors and colorants for its poultry pâté and ready-to-eat soups and meals. With over 300 staff, the Company is a major employer in Grabów nad Prosną in Central Poland.
